Are there any lock-in contracts?
No long-term lock-ins. Our packages run month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel or pause. We earn your continued investment by delivering results — not by holding you to a contract. For once-off project work (website design, brand identity), standard project payment terms apply.
Do prices include VAT and ad spend?
All prices shown are excluding VAT. Ad spend budgets (for paid media campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn) are billed separately from your management fee — you control your own ad spend budget. We'll recommend minimum spend levels during your Strategy Session based on your market and objectives.
What happens after I book a Strategy Session?
